A portion of the proceeds from the PRISM Awards will be donated to Careers in Construction Massachusetts.
Careers in Construction Massachusetts is a BRAGB workforce development initiative. The program is designed to train, equip and enable the next generation of tradespeople in Massachusetts through development of programs in traditional high schools and through adult upskill programs. CiCMA either facilitates or directly supports finding the funds, acquiring the tools, sourcing the materials and attaining the curriculum students and adults who are interested in a trades career.
